Frequently Asked Questions
Why doesn’t my city have an event planned?
It could be that an event is still in the works, but it’s also possible no one was available to organize it. You can organize one though! Check out our handy guide to get started.
Why aren’t we all in Columbia/DC/other place or thing that I have a question about?
In a word: accessibility. Not everyone is able to travel hours away from home. In South Carolina, we are focused on organizing in our local communities.
Some cities are marching in the streets. Some rallies are very visible. Some protests are at the offices of our representatives. It very much depends on the capacity of the local organizer(s), the local community, and the local options.
How do I get involved beyond attending actions?
This is one of our favorite questions! We wrote a whole post about it — check it out below!
